The Timbers condos at 20 Marcellina Ln, Mt. Crested Butte were nearing completion and began to sell in June, 2016. During June, July and August 36 out of 44 units sold in the new Timbers condominium complex. Seven of the 44 Units are deed restricted. Another three units closed in September, bringing the total to 39. The Timbers project has been well received in the community, offering an affordable two bedroom one bathroom option for local full time owners, vacation homes and both long term and short term rental options. The Timbers offers amenities such as a hot tub, grilling area, an elevator, ski lockers for each unit, indoor bike storage, a ski and bike tuning bench, an indoor dog wash for the pet friendly condos. The Timbers is located on the bus loop for convenient access to the ski area and downtown Crested Butte. It is also just a few minutes walk from the base area of the ski resort. The units offer hardwood floors, soft close cabinets, quartz countertops, tile in the bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms. They are fully furnished in a modern mountain design and each unit has a washer and dryer of its own. East facing units offer views of the iconic peak of Mt. Crested Butte and west facing units enjoy afternoon sun. Currently, all of the Timbers condos are Under Contract an the remaining five units are scheduled to close in October.
