In October, 35 single family homes and condos were sold for a total of $20,880,338, which represents two more homes than were sold in September, and a higher total sales volume of nearly $3 million. Three homes sold for over $1mil, including a Slate River Estate, selling for $4.3mil where I represented the Buyer and Seller. Currently, another 41 homes and condos are under contract, representing a listing amount of $33,701,400. Three of the last five Timbers condos of which I am the exclusive Listing Agent for, sold. The two remaining units are Under Contract and expected to close in November.
In land sales, a total of thirteen parcels sold in October – five more than in September for a total of $1,509,000 which is just $20,000 under the total sales volume for September. Sales in October represent a wide range of land from a 10.33 acre mining claim near Rock Creek, which sold for $60,000 to a $299,000 .37 acre parcel in the Summit neighborhood, where I represented the Seller. Currently, another 13 parcels are under contract with a total listing price of $5,354,400.
