In September, 33 single family homes and condos were sold for a total of $17,078,350 which represents five more homes than were sold in August, and a higher total sales volume of nearly $5 million. Four homes sold for over $1mil. Currently, another 61 homes and condos are under contract, representing a listing amount of $42,201,270. In September, three more Timbers condos of which I am the exclusive Listing Agent for, sold. The five remaining units are all Under Contract and are expected to close this month.
In land sales, a total of eight parcels sold in September – one more than in August for a total of $1,529,000 which is just $60,000 under the total sales volume for August. Sales in September represent a wide range of land from a .38 acre parcel in Crested Butte South which sold for $38,000 to a 35.1 acre parcel in Red Mountain Ranch for $630,000. Currently, another 14 parcels are under contract with a total listing price of $3,284,900.
