Preparations For Summer Underway On The Mountain
We’re just a few days away from opening day with Preparations For Summer Underway On The Mountain. June 10th the lifts will start running again for the summer season. After a record snowy winter ski season, everyone is ready for bikes and summer downhill riding. With opening day just around the corner, CBMR staff are busy prepping the mountain trails for opening day. “Right now, we’re ramping up the mountain as much as we can,” said CBMR senior marketing manager Erica Rasmussen. “Snowfall was excellent this year and there’s a lot of it still sticking around, especially in the trees where many of our bike trails are located.” To help speed up the melting process, a group of CBMR employees spent the day last Friday digging out some of the most popular trails on the resort. This year’s focus will be trail maintenance and upkeep although the resort is open to exploring trail development. With lots of hard work, the Evolution Bike Park will be opening as planned on June 10th.
