We hope everyone is enjoying winter, which seems to have returned in full force after a very dry winter last year. Skiing has been phenomenal with most of the resort’s terrain open, nordic trails are in great shape, and the town just feels like it’s settling into the season with its typical winter vibe.
As the Crested Butte Collection has grown over the last year, adding two full-time brokers to our team, we felt it was time for a new and improved website to better represent our unique service. As a team, we offer 360 degree support with expertise in the Crested Butte real estate market, marketing, photography/video and transaction management; all skills we know help Buyers and Sellers throughout their real estate transaction.
We also just published a year in review, which looks at market performance for 2018, as well as documenting historical activity for the past 10 years. Read the full report >
