Crested Butte Collection Newsletter
July 2019 Edition
Well it appears the snow has finally ceased and given way to summer. The heavy winter and unusually wet June has created the perfect environment for the wildflowers to flourish so make sure to check out the Crested Butte Wildflower Festival July 5th-14th. Our famous 4th of July Parade is just around the corner and is a spectacle not to be missed. The Alpenglow Summer Concert Series continues to rock our world every Monday evening. Bring some chairs and sunscreen and mingle with hundreds of locals and tourists alike. The Crested Butte Wine and Food Festival is July 25th – 28th and is excited to partner with the Crested Butte Mountain Bike Association to offer a fun bike ride, beer drinking and BBQ feast July 26th.
Exciting things are happening here in the north end of the valley! The Forest Service has posted its final approval of the Teocalli Drainage Expansion. The resort’s former owners, the Mueller family, had submitted the Teocalli Drainage Project back in 2015, prior to the sale to Vail Resorts last fall.
Overall residential real estate inventory is up 22% from last month as we experienced an increase of new listings in every sector of the market. See our full market report below.
