March 2020 Edition
March has arrived and with that the various Spring Breaks from around the nation begin. Although we haven’t see the snowfall numbers we had last year we still remain above average. Sunday night we received a nice surprise of 14″ when only 1″ to 3″ was forecasted. The mountain is skiing incredibly well right now so try to make some plans for a visit and take in the sunshine and warmer temps.
The Crested Butte real estate market for 2020 continues with significant increases in volume and amount of transactions. Residential sales volume through February was $20,139,973; up $5,985,973 from the same time last year, a 30% increase. Amount of transactions are also up significantly with 34 compared to 19. Overall inventory grew once again with 16 more listings than last month.

This year continues with significant increases in volume and amount of transactions. Residential sales volume through February was $20,139,973; up $5,985,973 from the same time last year, a 30% increase. Amount of transactions are also up significantly with 34 compared to 19. Currently, another 32 properties are under contract totaling $34,091,400, 9 of which are listed at $1mil or more.
