Crested Butte Collection Newsletter
October 2021 Edition
October is here and we are enjoying a spectacular showing of colors this year. Though the aspens have just about all peaked, you can still find some beautiful fall colors throughout the valley. Wednesday brought the first snowfall to the resort, reminding us that winter is on its way! We are looking forward to a very brief “off-season” before we head into the busy ski season. If you haven’t already purchased your ski pass, you can still do so here.
The overall residential real estate has remained steady through the end of the summer season. We closed out September with $329.3mil in sales volume year to date putting us $140.7mil over the sales volume at this same time last year. Another $84.4mil is currently under contract. The average sales price is up an incredible 23% to $1,131,757 from $869,326. If you’ve been thinking about selling, now is the time! If you’re in the market to buy, lets talk. Inventory doesn’t stay on the market long.
Appreciatively,
