Our May 2024 issue dives into April sales with year over year comparisons. So far this year, residential sales are on the rise, which is the usual trend for Q1 and Q2. Current Market Conditions
Gunnison County supply of residential inventory increased 24% in April compared to 2023, despite a slight dip in new listings. Average sale price of residential properties dropped dramatically from March, yet remained roughly consistent with April of 2023. Land sales dropped YOY in almost all segments, however, we did see an increase in new land listings last month!
