Our 2024 Mid-Year issue provides year-over-year comparisons of residential and land sales from January through June. Residential sales throughout Gunnison County is slightly down compared to 2023, but average sold price is at the highest thus far YTD. Mid-Year Real Estate Review

The number of residential real estate sales through June in Gunnison County was down 9% compared to 2023; however, total sales volume increased 15% YOY due to a 36% increase in average sale price of homes. Despite significantly less sales in the month of June vs last year (24 vs 43), sales YTD are not pacing too far behind as we enter our selling season here in the valley.
