July 2024 Review
Gunnison County
The number of residential sales throughout Gunnison County dipped slightly compared to last year; however, July experienced a 58% bump in total sales compared to June, while sales declined slightly from June to July last year. In every segment we are seeing an increase in the average days on market compared to last year. The highest sale in July was 750 Providence Ridge Road, an expansive three bedroom home located at the top of Trappers Crossing at Wildcat which sold for $4,417,000.
Upper Gunnison Valley
The Upper Gunnison Valley market had 58% of the residential sales in Gunnison County and 72% of the total sales volume county-wide, while 21% of land sales and 59% of total land sale volume was north of Almont. As of August 2nd, there are 88 properties under contract in the Upper Gunnison Valley, totaling over $97M in volume.
