Our December 2024 Market Update dives into November sales throughout Gunnison County and the Upper Gunnison Valley as we compare real estate sales year over year. Residential and land listings experienced an increase in total sales in November compared to last year, both in volume and number of units. The average days on market declined 18% YOY for residential real estate, while land listings saw a drastic increase in DOM for the month of November.
