The Crested Butte Collection Market Update is your source for the latest real estate trends throughout Crested Butte and the Gunnison Valley. Our 2024 Year-End Market Update dives into sales throughout Gunnison County and the Upper Gunnison Valley as we compare real estate sales year over year. 2024 was a year of equalizing! Although the market may have seemed slow, sales were trending on par with pre-pandemic years, with a stronger Q4 in 2024 than the past two years. Buyers were patient, but days on market were down for the majority of the year compared to 2023. Average sale price increased YOY, however many months over the past year experienced lower average sale prices than in 2023.
