About Kourtney Gottschalk

Kourtney is a dynamic and seasoned addition to the Crested Butte Collection. As Director of Marketing & Operations, she brings nearly a decade of experience marketing luxury real estate, vacation properties, and commercial investments.

Kourtney has worked extensively with the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brand, where she served as Regional Marketing Director for the Crested Butte office as well as Resort Marketing Manager, supporting all LIVSIR resort markets throughout Colorado.

She has worked with several national real estate brands, crafting unique marketing strategies tailored to empower top-producing brokers and their clients. Most recently, Kourtney served as Director of Marketing for CPX, a Pacific Northwest-based investment real estate firm which specialized in retail, multifamily, and MHRV properties.

In addition to her expertise in real estate, Kourtney’s background encompasses property management, resort management, graphic design, and photography. This multifaceted experience grants her a distinctive, well-rounded viewpoint that proves advantageous for anyone she collaborates with.

Her passion for design and desire to expand her knowledge and skills have taken her from Crested Butte to markets such as Philadelphia and Seattle, yet the Gunnison Valley is where Kourtney considers home to be, where she enjoys endless opportunities to explore her passions outside of work, such as mountain biking, snowboarding, and hiking with her dog Stuey.
