Let’s face it, this is a pretty easy market to sell and purchase a home (2021). You hire an agent now for guidance (esp. if you’re an out-of-state buyer) and for when things go bad. When that happens, you want Kiley as your agent. We had a rough closing with an out-of-state bank causing many problems and a VERY challenging seller. Our contract actually expired due to seller issues. Kiley went above and beyond to resurrect the contract and bring all parties to closing.
